[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry - 30.6g Carbs, 8.2g Fiber, 5g Sugar

 

I would use about 3 cups chopped cauliflower.

When I make soups I have to put more of the veggies I know I can use and less of the ones I know can be a problem for me... like the peas, and potatoes.
