Lemon Avocado Dressing - 1g Carbs, 0.2g Fiber, 0.4g Sugar

1 each medium avocados
1 pinch black pepper
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 each medium onions
1 Tbsp sliced jalapeno pepper
1/2 each plain yogurt
1/4 cup whole milk
1 pinch salt

In blender or food processor, blend avocado, lemon juice, onion, and jalapeno.

Add yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until dressing is smooth.
