16 oz cottage cheese
1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp plain yogurt, whole milk
2 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 chopped green bell peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp minced onion
1. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, yogurt,
horseradish, pepper and salt.
2. Gently fold in green pepper and onion.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
