--> Garden Burger Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup flax seed, ground
3 carrots, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
--> Additional Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce (leaves cut away from stem)
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Blend all garden burger ingredients in food processor. Fill romaine
leaves with garden burger. Add tomato chunks and onions and top with
sliced avocado.
