Chive Spread - 0g Carbs

Whether served from a small bowl or sliced from a log, the combo of vegetable oil spread, chives, and lemon peel is sure to please.
1/3 cup tub-style 60% to 70% tub-style vegetable oil spread, softened
1 tsp snipped fresh chives
1/2 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
Dash ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil spread, chives, lemon peel, and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with cooked corn on the cob or other vegetables.
