Tandoori Grilled Shrimp - 12.9g Carbs, 1.8g Fiber, 4.9g Sugar

  16 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  
  Combine the shrimp with:
   
  2 Tbsp lime juice
  2 Tbsp ginger, minced
  2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  1 Tbsp chili powder
   
  
  Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  
  Combine:
   
  1 cup yogurt 
  1 tsp turmeric 
  2 tsp chili powder
  1 tsp coriander
  2 tsp garam masala
  1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  2 tsp ginger, minced
  2 tsp garlic, minced
  
  Add shrimp to yogurt mixture. Cover, chill 1 hour. 
  
  Arrange shrimp on metal skewers. Grill on medium high 3 - 4 minutes per side.
