Thanks for the recipe. My fiance's Dr. has told us we can only deduct the fiber if it's over 5 grams and even then half of it. Which really upsets me because lots of things are so high in carbs but also in fiber. But it doesn't matter if he can't deduct the fiber. His Dr. is kinda goofy but I guess that's how we are keeping his numbers in check.
