Green Bean Soup - 15.4g Carbs, 5g Fiber, 5.6g Sugar

1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
3 tsp butter
8 cups chicken
8 cups chicken broth
1 lb fresh green beans
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp basil, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Melt butter in a large pan, saute onion, garlic and carrots for 5 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth, beans and vegetable broth, brings to boil, cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Then add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
