If you like oatmeal you can also add a little psyllium husk into it or oat hull fiber. I incorporate oat hull fiber quite a bit in my baking also. I make my own multi grain breads so add in oat hull fiber, flax seed, chia seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and hemp hearts. Not all at the same time but a mixture of them. I also switch up and toss in almonds or other nuts. too.

Veggies are a good place to start. It does need to be non starchy. If it is easier use frozen. Artichokes, avocado, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, greens such as kale, spinach, collards, turnip greens, swiss chard, mustard greens, etc. Lettuce should be a darker green (these have better nutrition).
