15 oz artichoke hearts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor and chop until creamy. May need to add extra olive oil for increased creaminess.
