Cumin Lime Almonds - 8g Carbs, 4g Fiber

Whole natural almonds are tossed in olive oil, cumin and garlic
powder, then baked and infused with freshly grated lime zest.
Minutes to Prepare: 10
Minutes to Cook: 40
Servings: 8

2 cups whole natural almonds
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp lime zest, freshly grated

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Stir all ingredients except lime zest
in a medium mixing bowl until well-combined. Pour onto a rimmed baking
sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring
once. Remove and immediately sprinkle with lime zest. Serve or cool
completely and store in an airtight container.
