Breakfast Burgers - 27.4g Carbs, 3.8g Fiber, 5.2g Sugar

3/4 lb extra lean ground turkey
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried parsley
4 English muffins
4 spinach leaves, stems removed
4 cheese slices

In a large bowl; mix turkey, peppers, onion and parsley. Form into 4 patties.

In a large skillet; cook patties over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn and cook an additional 7 minutes. Add small amount of water, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through.

Lightly toast English muffins. Place spinach leaf, burger and cheese slice on muffin.
