Smokin' Broccoli - 8g Carbs, 4g Fiber

Raw broccoli? You bet. (You can also make the recipe with broccoli that's lightly steamed and then cooled to room temperature.)
Prep: 15 min

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/ 8 tsp kosher salt
4 cups finely chopped broccoli crowns
1/4 cup smoked, salted almonds, chopped
1/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan

In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, and salt.
Toss in the broccoli.
Sprinkle with the almonds and cheese.

Serves: 6
Serving Size: 3/4 cup
Nutrition per Serving: 120 Calories, 9g Total Fat, 1.5g Saturated Fat, 150mg Sodium, 8g Carbs, 4g Fiber, 5g Protein
