If someone has a way of moving this groups files, please let me know. Contact me please! I'd like to know where they are going.

My goal for this group was to help people eat better to live better. Which is why I designed it to be available even when I'm not. I cannot express how disappointed I am in Yahoo for making these changes.

My health now limits me way too much! I cannot care for myself thusly needing help with way too much. I cannot even cook myself anymore.

It makes me very sad to see this happening.
