Keto Flaxseed Protein Muffins
  
  1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  1/4 cup milk chocolate casein protein powder (or other flavor)
  1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  1 tsp baking powder
  1 pinch salt
  1 tsp vanilla extract, any flavor
  1 large egg, beaten
  2 Tbsp avocado oil
  7 Tbsp water
  1 Tbsp Fiberyum
  3 Tbsp chopped pecans (or other add in)
  
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray a 6 cup muffin tin.
  
  Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat egg with oil, vanilla, water 
  and fiberyum then pour into the dry mixture stirring until blended. Fold 
  in the nuts.
  
  Spoon batter into tins and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
  
  Makes: 6 muffins
