1 15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh oregano
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp capers
1 tsp lemon zest
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a food processor bowl, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months.
